What types of projects do you handle?
We specialize in commercial, residential, multi-family, and repair/restoration exterior & siding projects. Whether you need a new exterior installation or a repair, we have you covered. In need of new rain gutters or decks? We’ve got that covered too!
Do you offer warranties?
Yes! We stand by our work with a one-year warranty on all services. Your project rep will provide more details on your warranty before your project begins.

How soon can you start my project?
Once your estimate is approved, we typically begin work within two weeks. However, start dates may vary depending on permits, documentation, and material availability.

We are proud to be a licensed general contracting company with a broad range of certifications and insurance. We are certified in Dryvit, Tyvek, Multi coat & Stucco to name a few.
Do you carry liability and umbrella insurance?
As Utah's premier exterior contractors we have years of experience with commercial projects and understand the importance of adequate insurance. Because of that our coverage includes a $1 million General Liability insurance, $2 million commercial umbrella policy, $1million workmans comp policy, and we are EIFS insured.
Does my construction job need a permit?
It depends on the size and type of job. The best thing to do is to call us and speak to one of our experts. In almost every case, we will apply for the proper building permits for you. This is one of the main benefits of hiring a general contractor.
As a side note, we take great care to stay updated on all recent changes to local building code regulations. It is important to us—for our reputation, licensing, and our client’s safety—that everything we do is compliant with local guidelines.
At what point in the planning should I hire a general contractor?
It really depends on the type of project you’re pursuing. If you’re working on a home addition or new construction (residential or commercial) that requires an architectural blueprint, it’s best to get that organized first. We have lots of experience working with drafters and architects directly, as well as with their technical plans.
If your project doesn’t require architectural plans, then it’s best to get us on the job right away. It’s much easier and more efficient to see a project through from beginning to end than to start somewhere in the middle of someone else’s work.
